As voted for our next topic focus, we’ll be digging into key insights from “The Gap and the Gain” by Dan Sullivan & Dr Benjamin P. Hardy (affiliate link *).

I first heard about the gap and the gain concept while listening to a Greg McKeown podcast interview with Dr Benjamin P. Hardy - it instantly piqued my interest!

Full disclosure: I have zero idea how this is going to pan out in terms of how it will relate to planning and organising; or what a potential freebie could be for this topic/book club.

What I do know is: this concept is for anyone who feels like they’re not making progress; or is stuck in the weeds of “woe is me, I'm falling behind”.

Things might go off-track, but I trust it will be insightful, mindset changing and worth the detour.

QUOTE: “The way to measure your progress is backward against where you started, not against your ideal.” — Dan Sullivan.

I’m also thinking a break over the festive season is a must! So this topic will be spread across December and January.
