For the month of October I’m listening to Effortless by Greg McKeown *. It’s a follow-on to his brilliant book Essentialism *, which I listened to earlier this year. I highly recommend both books for inspiration and teachings on how to simplify life yet still make an impact.
“Essentialism” is a great place to start as it sets a foundation for the why behind pursuing a life of less. After that you can follow up with “Effortless” which seems to be the practical how!

Watch a short book summary
I love the book summaries that Nathan Lozeron shares on his YouTube channel Productivity Game, you can watch his summary of Effortless below.
* Please note: I found these [Audible] books through my own research, personally purchased and listened to them for my own use before writing this blog post, but as an Amazon Associate I earn from any qualifying purchases you may make after clicking these links.
