Hey there,

I hope you're doing well. As we move through the month of August, it's important to take some time to reflect on the people who have positively impacted our lives. This week's journaling prompts are designed to help you do just that.

Here are this week's prompts:

  1. Write a letter to someone who has positively impacted your life.

  2. What is one thing you can do to reduce stress in your daily life?

  3. Write about a time when you felt proud of yourself.

  4. What is one thing you can do to improve your emotional well-being today?

  5. Write down three things you love about yourself.

  6. What is one thing you can do to make your living space more comfortable?

  7. Reflect on a time when you took a risk. What did you learn from it?

Remember, self-care isn't just about taking care of yourself physically. It's also about taking care of your emotional and mental well-being. By reflecting on moments of pride, joy, and risk-taking, you can cultivate a sense of resilience and strength that will serve you well in all areas of your life.

As always, happy journaling!
Best, Aria & Chloe x
